The lottery bid itself will consist of a Conservation Management Plan, which consists of 7 main chapters and 13 appendices. The key chapter "Proposals" is still in draft form and yet to be thoroughly reviewed by the Council. It will certainly change between now and the bid submission, but is made availiable HERE as further details of the proposal.
